Professionals dealing with broadly understood mental health - psychologists, psychotherapists, addiction therapists, doctors, medical and psychology students. Basic knowledge of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT and the assumptions of the third wave of behavioral therapies are recommended
Introduction:
If you want to experience Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) from a new perspective, theater improvisation can be a starting point for increasing your flexibility and spontaneity. At the same time, you can learn Impro games as a type of relationship in terms of RFT and make them fruitful in conducting ACT interventions. We will expand the complex concepts of Relational Frame Theory (RFT) into simple therapeutic activities, movements and games.
We want to have fun with you, make some space for pleasure and uncertainty in a safe environment.

– Applying the RFT concept in a light and fun way
– Expanding the therapeutic “self”
– Being more flexible in therapy
– Building a new relationship with yourself and others as living human beings
Program:
We will offer several series of games, surprises and experiences. Together we will consider how they can be used in therapy, personal and professional development.

– It will consist mainly of improvised games and then their deconstruction from the perspective of ACT, RFT and FAP

Information about the language used during the workshop:
The workshop is conducted in English due to the need to maintain the dynamics of the exercises, passive knowledge of the language is required, participants can perform exercises in groups in their native language, important terms will be translated, questions can be asked in Polish or German, a Polish-speaking nad German-speaking co-leaders of the training will be present present at all times, you can ask for support in case of potential language difficulties

Marcin Domurat - PhD in psychology, psychotherapist and ACT supervisor, certified trainer of ART Aggression Replacement Training, member of PTTPiB and ACBS. He has been conducting individual and group psychotherapy for adults and adolescents for over a dozen years, currently in private practice in Warsaw. His work is based on the so-called methods. third wave of behavioral therapy, in particular ACT, FAP and the concept of Compassion. He conducts training and workshops in this field, author of publications and speeches at scientific conferences. Founder of Trzeciafala.pl and co-founder of Behavioralnie.pl - the first 4-year psychotherapy school in Poland based on contextual behavioral sciences.
